I also ask you to sign the [requested] enclosed Petition to House Speaker John Boehner demanding he not support any immigration measure that grants amnesty to illegal aliens; and instead,

That he stand firm for strict enforcement of our current federal laws.

This is a very serious and urgent matter, so please hear me out...

I firmly believe the integrity of our 2014 elections...including the election of all members of the U.S. House of Representatives and one-third of the members of the U.S. Senate...is under assault by a corrupt Obama political machine that will do whatever it takes to win elections for its leftist allies and supporters and...

One key component of their plan is to generate more votes than ever from the Hispanic community (whether cast by eligible voters or not)...

And so nothing is higher on Obama's priority list than granting amnesty to illegal aliens — by passing legislation through Congress (the front door), or lawlessly through "executive actions" (1, 2)!

The front door now appears highly unlikely so, incredibly, President Obama and his supporters are not hiding their unlawful and sleazy schemes to go through the backdoor. Far from it!

· Even the liberal Washington Post reported on the Obama administration's "non-enforcement" of immigration law, and the fact that this policy caused a revolt among career Immigration and Customs Enforcement (1) personnel and one of its key unions.

· And a leaked memo from the Department of Homeland Security made headlines when it argued in favor of administrative action... "A bold administrative program would transform the political landscape using administrative measures to sidestep the current state of Congressional deadlock and inertia."

That's beyond outrageous! And that's why your participation in our Illegal Alien Election Impact Survey and your signed Petition to House Speaker Boehner are so urgently important!

The Obama administration is advancing its amnesty plans by ignoring the Constitution, bypassing Congress and the American people and enacting regulatory changes to benefit millions of illegal aliens currently in our country...and this is what we know as "backdoor amnesty."

Don't just take my word for it! Congressman Lamar Smith (R-TX), former chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, has charged that "...the Obama administration is cooking the books to make it look like they are enforcing immigration laws, when in reality they are enacting ..."

He added this "...President Obama and his Obamaadministration continue to.-.us,-- executive branch authority to allow illegal immigrants to remain in the U.S. " and "It is outrageous that they have put illegal immigrants and their liberal political base ahead of the American people."

Judicial Watch investigators have uncovered a mountain of "smoking gun" evidence from the Obama Department of Homeland Security and other federal agencies that show how this power-hunger, ideologically-driven Obamaadministration has been orchestrating their schemes to grant by...

· Suspending deportation proceedings against million of illegal aliens;

· Granting special for the (mostly adult) children of illegal aliens; and

· Issuing White House orders to the Obama Justice and Homeland Security Departments and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency to exercise "prosecutorial discretion" and other "administrative measures" to undermine enforcement of our immigration laws.

Other documents we forced the Homeland Security Department to release to us through our Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit also proved they're bulldozing forward with implementation of their so-called "DREAM" Act, which is providing for over one million illegal aliens and will cost U.S. taxpayers billions more dollars.. .despite the fact that the "DREAM" Act had repeatedly failed to pass Congress!

No administration in my memory has shown such contempt for the U.S. Constitution, the separation of powers, the American people, and the rule of law!

And believe me...as these schemes by the Obama administration take hold, it will become easier and easier to insinuate "undocumented" individuals into voting booths this November! That's not all...

We forced the Obama Department of Housing and Urban Development to release documents to us that show taxpayer dollars are still flowing to offshoots of the sleazy ACORN organization (in possible violation of federal law).

You probably remember ACORN...many of its operatives were convicted of criminal charges in several states related to voter fraud in the 2008 elections. One of ACORN's most frequent abuses of election law was to submit voter registration forms for ineligible voters, including illegal aliens.

Clearly, the Obama administration wants the ACORN network to be fully funded and ready to engage in its trademark voter registration fraud in this year's elections! And the Obama gang's schemes only get worse!

The corrupt, politically-driven Obama Justice Department has filed lawsuits against the states of Texas and North Carolina over their new voter ID laws...commonsense laws designed to reduce ACORN-style voter fraud.

Voter ID laws help make sure that only eligible voters...not felons, not dead people, and certainly not illegal aliens...are allowed to vote. It's a fact that non-citizens cast fraudulent ballots in U.S. elections.

In 2005, the Government Accountability Office found that perhaps three percent of 30,000 persons called for jury duty from voter registration rolls in a single U.S. district court were not American citizens... that's 900 non-citizen potentialvoters out of only 30,000!

Yet, the Obama Justice Department routinely goes to court to block voter ID laws from taking effect, because they don't want any "barriers" erected that will block illegal aliens from voting in this year's election!

In response, Judicial Watch went to court in support of North Carolina's voter ID law. In 2012, we forced election officials in Florida, Missouri, and West Virginia to clean voter rolls of ineligible voters, and in Pennsylvania and South Carolina we defended voter ID laws in court. We recently reached an historic settlement with election officials in Ohio that will result in cleaner voter rolls, and less opportunities for voter fraud, in 2014 and in 2016.)

You see, the connection between the Obama administration's failure to enforce our laws against illegal immigration, its push for , and its persistent efforts to stop states from enforcing measures that guarantee election integrity is clear as day...

They want to be able to steal the 2014 elections for their leftist supporters and allies, and corruptly and permanently tilt the electoral processes in our nation in favor of leftist candidates.

It's true that Judicial Watch does not endorse or oppose candidates for public office. We are proudly conservative but completely non-partisan. We have sued corrupt Democratic and Republican politicians (and there are plenty in both parties).

BUT WE PASSIONATELY BELIEVE THAT OUR ELECTIONS SHOULD BE CONDUCTED HONESTLY, OPENLY, AND BY THE LETTER OF THE LAW. And the law is clear...

Voting is a highly valued right and serious responsibility of American citizenship. Illegal aliens are not eligible to vote in American elections. It's as simple as that.

That's right: Without considering other national sovereignty, security and quality of life issues — local, state and federal government services to illegal immigrants are potentially costing each of us thousands of dollars every year in taxes.

Under any circumstances, granting to illegal aliens would be a disaster for America. It rewards illegal behavior, shows contempt for the rule of law, and is a slap in the face to the millions of people around the world who line up and play by the rules to enter America legally.

Even talk of "" acts as a magnet for even more illegal immigration... putting even greater financial stress on already-strained state and local budgets! This Obama administration scheme must not be allowed to succeed!

Right now, the LEGISLATIVE deal in Congress appears to be dead, so the Obama gang believes that their BACKDOOR schemes are their next best bet. But not without a fight from Judicial Watch!
