He is committing the United States to obey the provisions of the treaty without the advice and consent of the Senate! And THAT is an impeachable offense!

What's more, the U.S. Constitution clearly states that two-thirds of the Senate must ratify a treaty before it becomes law. Nowhere is the President or his agent authorized to "sign" a treaty without such approval.

What Mr. Kerry did -- kowtowing to the demands of the globalist, anti-gun, United Nations -- is ILLEGAL, and he must be IMPEACHED for his crime against the American people.

John Kerry's signing of this un treaty opens the door for Barack Obama to unilaterally implement its provisions via illegal executive orders, something he has already threatened to do. This MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN . . .

It is . . . [the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee] that first considers articles of impeachment against government officials who have committed "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors," as John Kerry has.

The truth is, Mr. Kerry far overstepped his Constitutional authority in affixing his signature to this treaty, which aims to eventually ban all private ownership of guns in the United States.

Not only that, John Kerry's push for an international treaty that blatantly contradicts the rights codified in the U.S. Constitution is itself a "high crime" worthy of impeachment!

That's right, Obama recently signed TWO MORE Executive Orders aimed at gutting the Second Amendment without Congressional or voter approval. My friend, this is the stuff of tyrants! In fact, it was one of Adolph Hitler's first steps after being elected to Chancellor in Germany!

The Obama administration is making the most of scare tactics by saying that the first of two recent Orders will keep re-imported U.S. military-grade weapons off American streets. The problem is, only collectors are purchasing the only U.S. weapon currently being re-imported: the Ml Garand.

In fact, according to Fox News contributor John Lott:

"Despite the scary rhetoric, the White House is leaving out one important point: it isn't pointing to any cases where imported U.S.-made military weapons have been used in a crime. And the reason is obvious: there probably aren't any."

The second (really, twenty-fifth) Obama Executive Order targeting your Constitutional right to bear arms demands that, when a corporation purchases a firearm, any officer serving that corporation must undergo a federal background check. The Obama administration again offers no evidence that guns owned by corporations are used to commit crimes or that this Order will prevent violence.

Again, John Lott explains:

"As with many actions these days by the Obama administration, the president doesn't have the authority to rewrite the current rules. Changing these rules for corporations requires congressional action.

Of course, all this is typical for our president, with Obama in the past making such completely false claims as 'as many as 40 percent of all gun purchases take place without a background check.'"

No, these arbitrary fiats are designed to whittle away the Second Amendment, and wither away your resolve to fight back. Barack Hussein Obama is using these recent anti-Constitutional Orders to gauge whether you're paying attention!

My friend, the United States Justice Foundation is paying attention! And USJF is fighting, in court and out, to protect and defend your Constitutional right to keep and bear arms . . . as the Founders' intended!
